Summary

The Review Board of the Archdiocese of Omaha continues to fulfill its mission of protecting the children and young people of our Archdiocese from sexual abuse at the hands of priests and deacons, and to promote justice and healing for those have suffered such abuse in the past. The Board has established policies and procedures to work toward this goal, and have actively developed a mechanism, through the Assistance Coordinator, to promote the identification and healing of past victims of abuse. The Board also remains scrupulously vigilant for the identification of victims of past abuse, and to offer consultation to the Archbishop if such cases arise.
